Molly Farwell

Molly Farwell

Program Director
Eastside Explorers/Courts Fitness & Enrichment Program

Molly has been working with the Eastside Explorers program since April 2015. Equipped with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development (where she earned her Youth Worker Certificate) and an Associate’s Degree in Mental Health and Human Services, Molly is able to implement detailed care plans unique to each individual. She works closely with case managers, families, and participants to ensure quality services.

Ronnie Jones

Ronnie has been working in the caregiving field since 2011 where she began working with her mother, who owned a foster care home. Ronnie developed a passion for working with individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities. In 2017 Ronnie started working with Eastside Explorers as a Skills Trainer and further developed her caregiving skills. She worked and went to school, gain her Associate’s Degree and has chosen a career with Eastside Explorers as a Care Coordinator with our team. Ronnie has a strong desire to be a servant to others
and understands the importance of spending time with others. Ronnie is great at building relationships with families and Service Coordinators to ensure that the support needs of individuals is being met in the highest quality possible.

In 2014, Crystal started interning with Mt. Hood Adult Day Center before the company branched out to include the Eastside Explorers. Since that time, Crystal has gained a passion for working with this population, where she is able to use skills such as those she learned becoming a Certified Behavioral Healthcare Specialist. Crystal’s schooling, where she earned her Associate’s in Mental Health and Human Services, has armed her with powerful tools and techniques that are essential for conducting a successful program. Crystal and Ronnie work closely as a team.

Activities Director

Some may argue that planning fun activities and events is the best position at the Eastside Explorers program- and Toni wouldn’t disagree with that. She works closely with skills trainers and participants to implement enriching and engaging activities that promote socialization, cognition and all-around fun.

Tiffany Cumiford

Tiffany Cumiford

Outings Coordinator

Tiffany Cumiford began volunteering as a Skills Trainer in 2017 while being a stay-at- home mom for many years. Tiffany came to our program showing her dependability and automatic caregiving skills. As Tiffany gained experience in day support services for IDD individuals, she showed leadership and management skills that grew. In 2022 she became our driver for outings and began coordinating all outings at Eastside Explorers and The Courts Program. In 2023 Tiffany officially became our Outings Coordinator and Driver Supervisor which she continues to hold the title of today.
